JCDecaux’s Chennai Metro trains showcased Ponvandu’s campaign, helping them reach out to their regional audience through correct media placement. 

 

JCDecaux, a global leader in outdoor advertising, and sole media owner of the Chennai metro trains  helped Ponvandu, a prominent regional brand in South India’s detergents sector to capture the entire metro network through an impactful campaign.

 

The brand took over the domination network which consisted of the train interiors and exterior wraps.  As metro branding provides higher dwell time and targets people travelling through the same route every day, this helps to capture the attention of the commuters.

 

The creative featured strategic use of QR codes that directed commuters to Ponvandu’s website and also mentioned its 50 years old legacy in the market to increase perceived reliability.  The campaign aimed to strengthened Ponvandu’s brand presence and showcased JCDecaux’s ability to elevate a regional brand through strategic media placement.
