JCDecaux, the world’s leading outdoor advertising company has been sanitizing their bus shelter media in Delhi since the start of the first lockdown. Understanding that even though people are indoors & public transport is shut for the time being, cleanliness is still next to godliness.

While all the citizens of the city are doing their bit in containing the spread of COVID-19, those working rigorously in these difficult times to reinforce the order are the police, the healthcare workers & the other cleaning personnel. JCDecaux took this as an opportunity to acknowledge these heroes by associating with Delhi Police & show their gratitude.

Delhi police came on board with a relevant campaign & decked up bus queue shelters in Delhi with a clear message to the audiences, reminding them of staying indoors as much as possible & thanking those on the front shore right now.

“The major audience on-the-move right now are the police & the healthcare staff, so we wished to greet them with appropriate communication. Thus, channeling such messages on JCDecaux media leveraged us with proper visibility & reach. We are dedicated towards making all the zones green & we recognize the efforts put in by everyone.” Says Deepak Yadav, Additional DCP New Delhi District, Delhi Police.

“Delhi Police’s recent campaign has been of sheer importance to JCDecaux. It is like expressing feelings of every individual at present. Saluting our heroes & reaching out to people to help them in the times of ongoing crisis couldn’t have taken a better shape. With bold creatives & clear message, it’s a hard-to-miss reminder of staying at home for those doing otherwise. We’re all in this together & doing our part righteously will get us through this pandemic crisis.” Says Pramod Bhandula, Executive Chairman, JCDecaux India.
