JCDecaux India is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Ad Sales professional to join our dynamic team in the Out of Home (OOH) advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for Bangalore Airport Digital & Static Media by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and agencies based out of Delhi NCR/North Region, developing strategic advertising solutions, and managing ad campaigns across various OOH platforms including billboards, transit advertising, digital displays, and more. What You'll Do:

1.Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify and engage potential clients and advertising agencies to promote OOH advertising solutions.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and client referrals.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
 
2.Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans tailored to the OOH market to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted sales proposals, presentations, and pitches that highlight the value of OOH advertising.
 
3. Campaign Management:
  • Work with clients to understand their advertising objectives, build campaign strategies, and ensure successful execution of ad campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, and analytics) to ensure the smooth delivery of digital content and campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize ongoing campaigns to ensure performance metrics (KPIs) are met and results are communicated effectively to clients.
 
4. Product Knowledge and Industry Expertise:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of OOH advertising products, capabilities, and key differentiators.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements impacting digital OOH advertising.
 
5.Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular sales reports, campaign performance analyses, and market insights for Sales Head review.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimizing sales processes and improving client satisfaction.
 
6.Additional Responsibilities:
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities that may be assigned periodically.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Preference for candidates with an MBA from a renowned business school.
  • 2.5-5 years of experience in B2B/Corporate/Advertising Sales, with a focus on digital and/or OOH media.
  • Strong understanding of digital OOH advertising formats, technology, and industry trends.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in the advertising industry.
  • Practical experience with one or more of the following is an advantage: advertising clients, media agencies
