What You'll Do

Understanding the Business Model: Develop a thorough understanding of JCDecaux’s business model and utilize available tools to create relevant advertising solutions, ensuring exceptional sales and client service

Market Research and Opportunity Assessment: Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and assess customer needs

Industry and Competitor Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify areas for improvement.

Account Management and Growth: Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts effectively.

Client Prospecting and Relationship Building: Prospect for new clients and foster relationships with direct clients and advertising agencies. 

Client Meetings and Needs Assessment: Arrange meetings with potential clients to discuss their advertising needs.

Presentation and Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on concepts and services.

Deal Negotiation and Revenue Growth: Negotiate deals and drive them to closure, while retaining and growing revenue from existing advertisers.

Team Collaboration and Sales Target Achievement: Collaborate with internal teams such as planning and yield, operations, and finance to achieve sales targets.

Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any additional responsibilities that may be assigned periodically.

Qualifications

0-2 years experience in any client facing/servicing or similar role. (Added advantage – if experienced in Sales)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA candidates shall be given preference).

Sales Internship with a reputed organization will be given preference.
