Job Profile:
We are looking for our Operation Manager to join our Bangalore team. Our operations Manager leads a team that maintains all advertising assets, which include a combination of digital screens, lightboxes and billboards of Company’s existing and new advertising portfolio. The Operations Manager is responsible for the performance of all advertising assets to ensure 100% reliability and is also responsible for ensuring 100% accuracy in the display of content on the Company’s advertising assets.

Key deliverables:
• Responsible for handling the entire operation team of Bangalore and to communicate, monitor and assess daily and routine operational activities.
• Ensure regular communication and interaction with stakeholders for the good realization of our operation procedures maintaining and improving stakeholder satisfaction.
• Plan and supervise daily the Installation, Maintenance, Inspection, Cleaning, Repair and Installation Plan of the furniture and large format along with digital media
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Plan and the Manuals and Operating Procedures of the company participating for the increase of quality standards and the activities of the personnel under its charge.
• Prepare and complete action plans; implement asset installation & maintenance, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards and complete quality and safety audits
• Prepare an annual budget, with responsibility of operational expenses schedule and control, analyze variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations and as per the H&S officers guidelines
• Develop and present to the EHS Committee the training and information activities of a general nature and at all levels of agreement to the needs detected.
• Serving as primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies, such as fire, police, health, and safety agencies.
• Manage contractor relationships to ensure fulfilment of obligations and completing works in close adherence to company’s standards, operating parameters as well as health and safety protocols.
• Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment Serve as primary point of contact when there are client/principal’s issues related to asset quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site. Communicate client/principal’s issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving • problems and complaints
• Work closely with Operation Director and Project Director and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
• Implement other operational and project related responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Candidate Experience:
• Min 5 yrs- 8 years of proven track record in management and leadership capacity at handling mid-size team of on-field operations and project in an health & safety environment and quality service with onsite exposure required.

Candidate Skills:
• Respectable leadership and interpersonal skills to work effectively and collaboratively with all levels
• Self-motivated with a result driven approach Attention to details and quality service
• Hands on knowledge of MS office and internet and mobile technology
• Can work under pressure, tight deadlines and perform and be open and flexible with working hours
• Good geographical knowledge about the city of Bangalore
• Fluent in Kannada (speaking and written) is a plus

Educational Qualification:
• Min. Graduation - Any Degree (Preferably Civil Engineering). MBA in operations or other field will be an added advantage
